  Jason Geddings from HM just stopped by to do an estimate to fix some items. Left Front Electric oven burner would not get very hot on HI setting. Fluff up garage attic insulation matted down below stud. Lose fitting outdoor faucets. I told him never mind about the oven burner. Just learned the new burner costs $100. He showed me Only the Left Front burner has 2 settings. The HI on right is minimum for smaller pans and the HI on left for larger pans is maximum. When the MAX HI is turned on more coils light up. When the stove turned on it was orange instantly. Jason told me - Nothing wrong with that burner. That saved me $100 plus labor. For my wiggly faucets just needed to replace skinny screws with fat ones and problem solved. And he raked up my matted down garage insulation.
